We take great care to ensure your product are in perfect condition before sending it to you but if you are at all unhappy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Please email ellie@thegreendog.co.uk in the first instance to inform us that you will be returning the product.
If you'd like to exchange your purchase (e.g. for a different size), we'd be more than happy to help. Please return your purchase in its original condition with a copy of the original delivery, stating what you would like to exchange it for.
When returning or exchanging your purchase, you will be required to pay for registered post or special delivery. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that full refunds will only be issued if your purchase is in its original condition. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method as at the time of purchase.
