We take great care to ensure your product are in perfect condition before sending it to you but if you are at all unhappy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Please email ellie@thegreendog.co.uk in the first instance to inform us that you will be returning the product and the reason.
If you'd like to exchange your purchase (e.g. for a different size), we'd be more than happy to help. Please return your purchase in its original condition with a copy of the original delivery, stating what you would like to exchange it for.
When returning or exchanging your purchase, you will be required to pay for registered post or special delivery. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that full refunds will only be issued if your purchase is in its original condition. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method as at the time of purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
Great care is taken in checking that products are in excellent condition before sending them. Should you receive any goods that are faulty, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please see our full returns policy for full information

It will be your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and you are responsible to pay the delivery charges due for items returned for refund. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for packaging/re-packaging, repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We are entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
