We strive to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UK standard shipping (UK Mainland) on all orders over £35. For delivery to Europe and the USA please see price guide which can be found under ‘Additional Information’ on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, the Green Dog will email you with the expected delivery date and tracking number, as applicable.
DELIVERY TIMES AND INFORMATION
We state the cost of delivery for each product on each product page under the delivery tab. In the delivery tab, the customer will see which delivery methods are available and an estimated delivery time frame. The Green Dog will do its best to deliver a product within the timeframe shown and earlier if possible. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, The Green Dog will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.
Some of our products are handmade to order or they can be personalised. These products will have a longer delivery time frame which is clearly stated in the product description and delivery tab on each product page.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of many products, these products may be delivered separately and may have more than one delivery cost. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.
The Green Dog does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.
The Green Dog ships mainly to the UK, Europe and the USA. All products are shipped using various methods and couriers. The Green Dog will not accept liability for the delivery of products that are shipped directly from a supplier. Some delivery methods will require the customer to sign for the acceptance of the goods.
